Our service is designed to help people with a wide range of support needs in order to help promote their independence. This is done by supporting them in their own home within the community. We aim to give them their their independence through giving them ownership of responsibility for their own tenancy, bills and cost of living.
We promote individualised person-centred care while encouraging independence, choice and dignity throughout all that we do.
Teesside Personnel, together with a strong team of experienced and trained staff, work throughout the day and night to ensure that our residents’ individual care needs are met with dignity, passion and that the care home is clean and feels like a ‘home from home’.
